At TBS Bike Parts, we want to ensure you have the right gear for your ride; if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your items within 30 days of receipt.
Verify Condition
Ensure all components, accessories, and apparel are in their original packaging, unused, and with all factory tags still attached.
Request an RMA
Contact our support team with your order number to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the correct return shipping address.
Secure Packaging
Carefully pack your items in a sturdy shipping box to prevent damage during transit, clearly marking the RMA number on the outside of the package.
Ship and Track
Send your package via a trackable shipping method; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 business days.
